Dr. Nechi Ezeako is a Lawyer, Chartered Secretary and Administrator,Authorized Corporate Governance trainer, Certified Anti-Corruption Compliance Faculty and Certified Board Evaluator with over 30 years’ experience in the consulting, financial services, manufacturing, real estate and not-for-profit sectors.  In her present roles as Executive Director, Institute of Directors, Nigeria (IoD) and the Executive Director/CEO, IoD Centre for Corporate Governance, she plays a key role in training directors and C-Suite executives of major corporations, SMEs, as well as public sector institutions on corporate governance issues. 


Ezeako served as a Member of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC)Corporate Governance Working Group (CGWG) on Corporate Governance Code development for the Nigerian telecommunications sector and is currently a member of the National Universities Commission (NUC) Panel of Experts on Corporate Governance Code development for Private Universities in Nigeria.


She sits on the Governing Council of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and the Boards of CSR-in-Action Advocacy, the Kolade Endowed Chairs Foundation as well as the Lagos Court of Arbitration (LCA).

ADEKUNBI WURAOLA Kunbi is a past Executive Director of Junior Achievement Nigeria (JA Nigeria). A position she held for about ten years putting this international yet local organisation on the map as one of the most successful educational non-profits in Nigeria.     Kunbi is a 1993 graduate of University of Lagos, she has a post graduate degree in Education from University of Nottingham, UK and has a Doctorate Degree in Educational Psychology. She is an ardent believer in women and young people and helps them discover their purpose, passion and possibilities by stirring up gifts and talents from birth and define their life paths to achieve their life goals through the organisation she currently works with - Discover Your Potentials.      Kunbi's career has spanned the Broadcast, Media, Investment/Financial Education, Relationship Management and Training Consultancy in the past twenty two years as an inexhaustible professional trainer within corporate circuits.

Kunbi is a reputable trainer/speaker in the women/education/youth/development circuit with several years of training within Nigeria, Africa and across the world. She has a Diploma in International Business Opportunities, an Alumnus of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) of the Lagos Business School (LBS) and is an International Graduate of the JCI University, St Louis – US. She is an Alumnus of the Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Governance and a Fellow of the Graduate School of Business of Stanford University. Kunbi’s commitment to the development sector dates back to 1988 where she continues to give back to the community and at present, her core activity and passion is in the development of women, youths and helping to build credibility of the non-profits & players in the Nigerian social sector through the publication of the Africa Social Space magazine. Kunbi was also the council member of the Junior Achievement Worldwide Member Council representing her colleagues in about 21 African Countries as the African Representative from 2007 -2010. In 2011, she was an active participant at the 6 months Transformational Leadership Program of the African American Institute in Lagos at the Enterprise Development Centre of the Pan-Atlantic University on Social Sector Management. She is the author of 4 books- Young people & Money, My Career, My Decision, Story Story by Children & Change Agents making a difference & changing lives in the Nigerian Social Space. Kunbi is also a Leadership Ambassador of the Centre for Values & Leadership and is currently learning to play the guitar as well as loves and has a passable knowledge of French as a second language. Temi Alade-Mustapha Has an Ordinary National diploma in Banking and finance from the Polytechnic Ibadan in 2001, she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma in 2005. In 2012/2013, she attended Ladoke Akintola University of Technology where she obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources. She is currently pursuing a Master of Art in organizational leadership at the Development Associate International.

Adetola Ademiniyi-Juyitan has been involved in advocacy, leadership research and development, policy formulation, health and education projects through her 20 years of active membership with the Junior Chamber International, the world’s largest global network of active citizens. She sits on the board of JCI Nigeria as its 2019 President. She was the 2013 President of JCI Victoria Island, a year after then, she led the JCI Nigeria Area Conference Organizing Committee as Director to host one of the most beautiful Area Conferences in JCI Nigeria’s history. 

In 2015, she led a group of young talents to organize the highly respected JCI Nigeria TOYP (Ten Outstanding Young Persons’) Awards, which sought to recognize the ten most outstanding young Nigerians that have contributed positively to the development of the Nation. Noteworthy is the undisputable fact that the event has grown bigger and better annually since 2015.

In 2017, Adetola served JCI Nigeria as the Executive Vice President in charge of Local organizations in the North Western Region of Nigeria. With support from her team, she initiated and executed a flagship, “Back to School” Project where vital school items were donated to vulnerable children to reduce the population of kids in that region of Nigeria who are out of School.

In 2017, at the JCI World Congress held in Netherlands, She was appointed by the 2018 JCI World President as his Executive Assistant for Africa and the Middle East, assisting the president in overseeing JCI Activities in 50 countries. In the same year, she led the team responsible for the ambitious goal of building a permanent Secretariat for the 61 year old organization in Nigeria; the journey to JCI Nigeria owning her own permanent secretariat started immediately she assumed that office.

In October 2018, she was unequivocally elected as the 2019 President for JCI Nigeria, directing the affairs of the Organization in Nigeria 

In her tenure as the 2019 JCI Nigeria President, she has moved the organization forward by uniting all sectors of Society (Business, Government, other NGOs and Civil Societies), she has successfully secured some long-term partnerships for the JCI Nigeria (some of which are The European Union in Nigeria, Akwa Ibom State Government, Google Nigeria, Zenith Bank Plc, US Consulate Office in Lagos, Union Bank Plc) amongst others.

Adetola is a graduate of the prestigious JCI Academy that holds annually in Japan. She joined other leaders of National organizations across the world to learn and proffer solutions to the many challenges plaguing the World.

Adetola holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Ondo State University (now Ekiti State University) and MBA from the prestigious Lincoln University, California, USA. She is also a Harvard graduate (in-view: December 2019).

She has almost 15 years work experience in the corporate sector which spans through Banking, Construction, Manufacturing and Hospitality where she honed her skills in sales, marketing, relationship management, credit analysis and customer service, leadership and management. 

She worked in Zenith Bank, Kuramo Group (Metro Urban Homes Ltd & Hope Building Society Mortgage Bank) and United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc as the Business Manager.

Adetola’s hardwork and relentless commitment to excellent service won her several awards including the highly esteemed “Transformational Manager of The Year Award (UBA)” in 2015, one that was awarded and presented by the Group Chairman of the Bank (Mr. Tony Elumelu, CON) in recognition of her outstanding performance in growing the balance sheet of her branch by about 300% in less than a year despite the seemingly tough terrain within the period of her short stay in the bank. She is the only Nigerian staff who has won the award till date. 

She has attended several trainings and seminars facilitated by various reputable companies, institutions and professional bodies including the Lagos Business School, Visible Impact, Alder Consulting, Peak Performance - South Africa, H. Adetola is the Founder and CEO of the Glitz Group of Companies with an Event Centre (now, one of the most sough-after event centres in Lekki, Lagos), an Auto-repair Garage (an all automated mechanic workshop in Lekki, Lagos), Glitz Business Services, Glitz Homes, Glitz Entertainment & Promotions amongst others; all these businesses have been successfully run till date. 

She is a certified John Maxwell trainer with over 300 hours of speaking engagement across different countries where her primary focus has been on leadership, excellence and service to humanity.

She has been recognized with a number of awards within and outside the Nigeria (too numerous to mention), the most recent one being JCI Senatorship honour – a Life Membership Award in recognition of outstanding contributions to the development of Junior Chamber International, this is the highest honour in Junior Chamber International.
